NCE Subsea contributes at international conference

The NCE Subsea lighthouse project Condition Monitoring Subsea will in September contribute at the conference Subsea Systems Reliability and Monitoring in Abderdeen.

International promotion
The theme of the conference ? the operation and monitoring of subsea systems ? is an important area of expertise in the cluster. It is also highly relevant to the NCE Subsea lighthouse project Condition Monitoring Subsea.
 
General Manager Trond Olsen says it is NCE Subsea?s intention to be proactive and outgoing. ? This an arena I am keen to see us contribute at. By contributing at conferences like this NCE Subsea are promoted internationally.
 
NCE Subsea contribution
Øystein Bjaanes will give a presentation on the second day of the conference, Tuesday 30. September. Bjaanes leads the NCE Subsea lighthouse project Condition Monitoring Subsea. The title of his presentation is ? Subsea Condition Monitoring and Technological Advances: Where do we go from here and how do we get there??
 
Bjaanes will give a short introduction to NCE Subsea, before he present results of studies and workshop in the Lighthouse Project.
 
The presentation includes identified challenges and development needs related to subsea condition monitoring in the Norwegian Subsea industry, and also a discussion on the subject condition based maintenance subsea.
