Bennex signs Frame Agreement with Aker Solutions

Bennex AS, a subsidiary of Subsea Technology Group (STG) and Aker Solutions™ Subsea lifecycle services have expanded their relationship by entering into a frame agreement for the provision of goods and services.

Published: 31 January 2011

The agreement expands the range of services currently being performed by Bennex for Aker, and helps to support Aker in their commitments for providing lifecycle services to the major operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The duration of the frame agreement is 3 years, with an optional extension of 2+2 years.

“We have been working with Aker Solutions’ Subsea lifecycle services for a number of years now providing a range of professional services. Aker Solutions’ Subsea lifecycle services have grown to become one of our most important customers in the service segment. We find this agreement as a confirmation of the quality of services we provide. Our services will be delivered and assisted from both Bergen and Kongsberg facilities.

The agreement also allows Bennex to continuously develop the support towards Aker, with both companies benefiting from the expanded relationship” commented Jan Helge Telseth, Sales and Marketing Director Bennex Group.
