One step ahead with an office in Houston

As the Norwegian Business Office (NBO) in Houston is nearing completion INTSOK and Innovation Norway are inviting companies to apply for an office space in the new building. Located in the oil and gas capital of the world, the building is jointly developed by Innovation Norway, INTSOK and Statsbygg NBO.

According to Innovation Norway, the idea behind the invitation is to offer an affordable option for early stage establishment. An office at the NBO is meant to facilitate entry for Norwegian companies in a highly attractive market and provide a central meeting place for Norwegian industry in Houston.

Not only do the offices provide Norwegian companies with a local address and a phone number, but it also enables them to hold an office in the country before making major investments. Reasons to apply for an office space might be the wish to evaluate an interesting market, or for the purpose of marketing.

There are three different office space options available;

Standard office: NOK 12,000/month
Individual office space, copy/print/fax (limits apply), cleaning, meeting room use, broadband.

Work station: NOK 6.000,00/month
Common area with an individual workstation including all services listen in the Standard Office.

Flex Office: NOK 3.000,00/month
Reserved 8 weeks yearly use of NBIO workstation during business trips to US.

Minimum 1 year contracts

The Norwegian Business Office in Houston aims to be a central meeting place for the Norwegian business community and it offers access to ongoing Market development projects by Innovation Norway and INTSOK. At the same time it is co-located with the Norwegian Consulate General, Innovation Norway and INTSOK offices, and it cooperates with the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce.
