The programme will help you develop new products and services in a fast and cost efficient way. Subsea Next Step is designed for companies that have a turnover at present and are interested in developing further through new products, services, business areas or spin-offs within the subsea industry. You have a good idea that you need help to structure, clarify and make a separate business plan for.
Some of the challenges we can help you solve include: market/internationalisation, choosing a business model, differentiation, IPR/technology and budgets/financing, including potential government grants.
GCE Subsea partners and members: free
Non-partners and non-members: 15,000 NOK + VAT
Participants cover their own expenses for travel, work hours and accommodation, if needed. Lunch is included.
Companies/inventors who wish to participate should prepare a brief application that must be approved before admission. At least two people from each company should take part in the first two sessions (maximum five persons).
All parties involved must sign a declaration of confidentiality. Directly competing solutions cannot participate in the same programme. If there are particular challenges or subjects you wish to receive input on, you should mention this in your application.
