Huge Success in New Market

Seaproof Solutions has achieved huge success in the offshore wind market. They expect a revenue within offshore wind of about 100 million Norwegian kroner in 2015. This is twice the company’s total revenue in 2012.

Seaproof Solutions develop innovative water sealing and cable protection and termination for flexible and dynamic cables, targeting several market and applications. In 2012, Seaproof Solutions attended the Subsea Next Step programme with the offshore wind market as their business case.

Their subsea solutions enable fast, safe and reliable installation of cables. This is crucial when installing large offshore wind parks. Now, three years later, the technology in installed on nine offshore wind parks.

Participation in the Subsea Next Step programme was very useful to expand our business for the bend-stiffener products towards the offshore wind market. Henrik Bang-Andreasen, CEO Seaproof Solutions.

New Programme Spring 2015

A new Subsea Next Step programme is planned for the spring 2015. The participants will receive training and access to tools they can use directly in their own businesses. The aim of the programme is to help participants develop new products and services in a fast and cost efficient way.

Receives Good Feedback
